Self reflect is the way to go. For instance, you might always think that it is impossible to workout 4 times a week. You just simply don’t have the time or don’t see yourself doing this in the near future even this is something that you wish you could do.

 

What if you start off with working out for twice a week? Do not underestimate baby steps as it can bring huge¬†reward when the time is the multiplier. Take it to another level only when you’re ready.

 

You will begin to understand the extent to which your beliefs have been limiting you. Life is too short to live within your comfort zone.
