3. Reprogram Your Brain
There is no truth, there is only perception. Write down your limiting beliefs and describe in details how it destroyed and restricted yourself from living an abundant life.
When we try to change our old limiting belief to something new, our brain will resist until we’ve built up enough reference to back it up. This is what we called cognitive dissonance where our mind tries to reduce the contrast between the old and new belief.
Take massive action to back up your new empowering belief and persistence is the key in this phase. Discipline yourself to stick to the action and time will prove it not immediately but definitely.
