Focus on present
Like really? We tend to think a lot about the past. Thinking if the result would be different if we do it in another way round? Or we set our mind into the future, constantly worry if it would turn out to be what we want.
Accept this challenge: Consciously bring your mind back to now. RIGHT NOW. Feel yourself while you taking shower as the bubble slip through your body. Chew your food slowly and really taste it. Enjoy the goodness in it and be so grateful for the nutrition to enter your body.
Bring yourself back to NOW whenever you find yourself being carried away. It takes time to train yourself for this ability and trust me, it will be your priceless asset in order to enjoy life to the fullest.
