Gosh! This is the best Japanese Omelette Rice we have ever seen. The making process itself is so tempting that we want to grab a flight ticket to Osaka.
This famous Kichi Kichi Omurice, a western-influenced style of Japanese cuisine in Kyoto has attracted more visitors that they’ve ever expected. Below a video of this Japanese chef making their best seller with the most fluffy egg ever went viral with millions view. (Hey, I see saliva drooling from your mouth!)
It feels so good just to see the egg split down and cover the rice when it was cut into half, followed by their secret recipe sauce and the world-renowned Omurice is now ready to serve.
You would need some help from GPS to search for Kichi Kichi restaurant since it nestled in an inconspicuous alley and took about 10 minutes walk from Keihan Sanjou (京阪三条駅) Station. It’s a family-style restaurant with only 8 counter seats available right in front of the kitchen.
